Delete your Courtsy account

In the app

1. Open Courtsy and sign in.
2. Go to the Account tab.
3. Tap Delete account at the bottom, then confirm.

Your account is deleted straight away.

Without the app

Send us a deletion request using the email address you sign in with. We’ll delete the account within 7 days and confirm by email.

What gets deleted

• Your name, photo, bio and skill level
• Reviews other people wrote about you
• Your upcoming bookings, and friend invites to or from you
• If you host: your upcoming sessions (they show as cancelled for anyone booked), and your listings are taken down
• Your sign-in, so your email can no longer log in

What stays

Past bookings, chat messages and reviews you wrote stay so other people’s history still makes sense, but they show as “Deleted user” with nothing that identifies you. Reports you made may be kept for safety records.
